Link3 Recruitment are seeking General Teaching Assistants to join our Supply Team where you will be working across multiple mainstream Primary Schools based across Rugby and surrounding areas.

As part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in helping children achieve their potential, both academically and personally, while working closely with teachers, parents, and the wider community.

Ability to support learning, promote confidence, and foster personal development in children.

What You Must Have:

Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
Hold a Teaching Assistant qualification
Proven experience supporting children primary school age
A DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one through us)
Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
