Calling all general and 1-1 teaching assistants!

Aspire People are looking to onboard a handful of teaching assistants to work across Rugby primary schools. Aspire People is one of the leading agencies across Rugby and Warwickshire, building long-lasting, trusting and honest relationships with candidates and schools.

We are looking to recruit teaching assistants with SEN 1-1 experience, as well as those looking for general classroom support roles. This is a full-time position.

• SEN experience (essential)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
• Classroom experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Active, adaptive and friendly personality
• Able to work full time
