Competitive daily rate Start: ASAP About the role A well-established, Ofsted-rated 'Good' specialist school is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. You'll work closely with learners to help develop communication, independence, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning. Your day will involve:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups Assisting with communication, sensory needs, and independence skills Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment What you'll need to succeed
