The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and fully qualified teachers for both day-to-day supply and long-term roles in schools across Milton Keynes. Whether you prefer short-term assignments or a more stable long-term placement, we have a variety of opportunities that can suit your availability and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons to students in line with the curriculum.
Provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure student safety.
Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

What We're Looking For:

Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school (depending on your specialism).
A passion for inspiring and engaging students.
Strong classroom management skills.
The ability to adapt to different school environments and needs.
A current DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
A positive and professional attitude, with excellent communication skills.
