An ambitious and well-regarded secondary school in Rugby is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and committed female Teacher of Physical Education to join a successful and supportive PE department.

Due to the nature of the role - including supervision of girls' changing facilities and the delivery of girls' sport - this position is subject to a Genuine Occupational Requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.

The Role
We are looking for a teacher who can:

Deliver high-quality Girls' PE across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge across a broad range of sports and activities
Champion and develop girls' sport and participation
Contribute to a vibrant extra-curricular programme, including fixtures and clubs
Motivate and challenge students of all abilities
Work collaboratively within a supportive and driven PE team
Both ECTs and experienced teachers are warmly encouraged to apply.
