Deliver a broad, ambitious and knowledge-rich Key Stage 3 curriculum. Plan and sequence lessons that build on prior learning and secure strong progress. Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and adapt teaching accordingly. Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement as a reflective and proactive KS1 Teacher . Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities.
