An exciting opportunity to join our Mar Comms team as a Supporter Engagement Manager on a fixed‑term basis

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop, design and implement automated marketing journeys and email campaigns that enhance supporter engagement and retention.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of fundraising event delivery through our events platform Funraisin’, including liaising with the third‑party provider.
  • Stakeholder management is essential as the role will involve co‑ordinating projects which require a collaborative approach.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance, using data insights to refine and optimise strategies.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
    Ensure all digital activities are compliant with data protection and safeguarding regulations and uphold best practices in digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in supporter or customer journey mapping, marketing automation, or CRM‑driven engagement strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Dot Digital or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • A data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyse supporter behaviour and optimise journeys accordingly.
  • Experience in personalisation, segmentation, and multi‑channel engagement.
  • A creative thinker who understands the balance between driving revenue and delivering exceptional supporter experiences.
