A recruitment specialist in education is looking for an ASC Learning Support Assistant in Rugby. The successful candidate will support pupils with autism spectrum condition (ASC) and additional needs, assisting in classroom activities and delivering tailored interventions. Applicants should have a passion for supporting vulnerable children and ideally, some relevant experience. With 35 hours weekly, this temporary position has the potential for permanent placement depending on performance.

Excellent communication skills are vital, and desirable knowledge of Makaton or sign language is a plus.
