Teaching Assistant - Early Years & KS1

Are you passionate about supporting young learners at the very start of their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work with Early Years and Key Stage 1 pupils in Rugby.

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in helping children develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning within a nurturing and supportive environment.

• Supporting teaching and learning across Early Years and KS1
• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy development
• Helping to create engaging and inclusive classroom activities
• Supporting children's social and emotional development
• Contributing to a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment

• Experience working with Early Years or KS1 pupils
• A strong understanding of child development and early learning goals
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable
