Year 1 Primary Teacher

Flourish Education is currently recruiting a Year 1 Primary Teacher in Rugby to join their team as soon as possible. This position is a part time 4 days a week fixed for the summer term 2026.

The school want to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in a Year 1 class who has a strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum. This role will involve full class teaching responsibilities including planning and delivering engaging lessons and monitoring students’ progress.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• The ability to create a positive learning environment
• To be able to effectively work alongside teaching assistants

• £168.80 day rate to £232.57 day rate which equates to £32,916 per annum to £45, 351 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year
• Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot
