• Support students with special educational needs in the classroom and during activities.
• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs).
• Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to provide tailored support.

• Experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
