Quest Academy is a specialist school for learners with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, serving children aged 7 to 19.

The Principal wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Compassionate Schools Coach to work within all key stage areas, supporting learners and delivering 1‑2‑1, small group and class interventions where needed.

• Support learners across all key stage areas.
• Deliver 1‑2‑1, small group and class interventions as required.

Applicants should be reliable, committed, experienced in supporting learners with special educational needs, caring, trustworthy, and an excellent role model. A clear motivation to work in a school dedicated to continual improvement is essential.
