Flourish Education is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs in a Primary school in Rugby. This long-term position is set to start in September and runs throughout the academic year, with working hours of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a UK school, be minimum Level 3 qualified, and be able to motivate children while effectively managing their behaviour. The role is crucial in helping students achieve their potential.
