We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a successful secondary school in the Rugby area from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students to develop their language skills and foster a love of learning within a supportive school environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported appropriately.
Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and classroom behaviour.
Contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements

Applicants must:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have previous UK secondary school teaching experience.
Be confident teaching Modern Foreign Languages at secondary level.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Be reliable, professional, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for students.
