We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Design and Technology Teacher to join our successful and supportive team in Rugby. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher to deliver engaging and innovative lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students develop practical skills, creativity, and confidence in designing and making.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
Teach Design and Technology across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and inclusive lessons.
Inspire students to develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge.
Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement, and student engagement.
Ensure a safe and well-organised workshop environment in line with health and safety requirements.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it.
Has strong subject knowledge in Design and Technology.
Can motivate and inspire young people of all abilities.
Is committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider school community.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
