, from the new term. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate educator who can deliver engaging and academically rigorous lessons across Key Stage 4 and A-Level
. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach one or more Social Science subjects, including Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Health & Social Care, or Citizenship

• Deliver high-quality Social Sciences lessons at KS4 and A-Level.
• Inspire students through engaging, challenging, and thought-provoking teaching.
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback and targeted support.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring excellent outcomes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance, and achievement.
• Support enrichment activities that enhance students' understanding of Social Sciences.

• Participate fully in parents' evenings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience teaching Social Sciences at KS4 and/or A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Social Science education.
• Ability to motivate, challenge, and inspire learners of all abilities.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to raising attainment and promoting positive student outcomes.
