St Marie’s Catholic Primary School and Nursery, part of Our Lady of the Magnificat Multi Academy Company, is recruiting a Vice Principal based at the Rugby site. The role is a permanent full‑time position.

Responsibilities
  • Be a practising Catholic and support the nurturing ethos of the school, inspiring children to develop their faith.
  • Be passionate about educating young people, putting their wellbeing at the heart of all they do.
  • Support the Principal and Assistant Headteacher with the day‑to‑day running of the school.
  • Work collaboratively to motivate, inspire, and support staff, making them feel valued.
