An outstanding opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to join a rapidly growing business operating at the forefront of renewable energy, EV Infrastructure and Battery Energy Storage Solutions.

As a HSEQ Manager you will be walking into a company who has consistently grown year on year and has developed a strong national reputation delivering Solar PV, BESS and EV charging installations across domestic and commercial properties as well as small utility scale projects. With constant growth and investment in smart energy technologies they are now looking to bring the HSEQ internally and are looking for a HSEQ Manager who wants a long-term opportunity offering stability, progression and ongoing training within renewable energy.

As a HSEQ Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Driving a proactive and positive SHEQ culture across the business.

* Leading risk assessments, RAMS development and ensuring operational controls reflect site practice

* Managing audits, KPI reporting, inspection and governance in line with group and ISO standards

* Overseeing Incident investigations, statutory reporting and continuous improvement processes

* Identifying and delivering any SHEQ training needs while maintaining and contractual compliance

The successful HSEQ Manager should have:

* Nebosh Certificate

* Strong knowledge of CDM and construction compliance

* Proven experience in a HSEQ role within construction or renewable energy

* Strong understanding of ISO management systems
