Over 18 months, selected graduates will be immersed in real-world engineering projects, playing an active role in operations and contributing to ongoing success. Participants will rotate across four key areas—Engineering, Field Services, and Project Management—gaining hands‑on experience and insight into the company’s multi-disciplinary approach.

Throughout the programme, participants will receive continuous mentorship, access to e-learning modules, and opportunities to attend specialist training and virtual lectures. Support for professional accreditation and a paid IET membership are also provided.
