A leading engineering firm in Rugby is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter – Team Leader to join their Workshop team. The role combines hands-on fitting with team leadership, ensuring high-quality repairs on rotating machines. Responsibilities include inspecting and assembling machines, leading Health & Safety initiatives, and working with mechanical drawings. Candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and relevant experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
