Job Description

Graduate Engineering Training Programme (GETP):

• Duration:24 months, featuring four 6-month rotations
• Accreditation:IET accredited programme
• Community:Network with fellow graduates and placement students. Benefit from the ‘Buddy’ programme for guidance from current graduates.
• Development:Access mentorship, professional registration support, and specialized training.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:2:1 degree in electrical/electronic engineering, systems engineering, communications engineering, robotic/ mechatronic engineering or related fields.
• Skills:Passion for problem-solving in engineering and technology.
• Eligibility:Unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the UK (no visa sponsorship) and ability to achieve Security Cleared clearance level from UK Security Vetting.
