This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, helping them manage budgets effectively, improve financial performance and ensure resources are utilised efficiently.
The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, supporting them with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring financial performance remains on track, providing clear reporting and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical finance skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities Partner with operational and senior leaders to provide financial guidance and support. Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast. Produce accurate and timely management information and financial reports. Investigate and explain variances, identifying risks and opportunities. Support stakeholders in making informed business decisions through financial analysis. Ensure robust financial controls and governance processes are maintained.
Provide challenge and recommendations to improve efficiency and value for money. Contribute to month-end and year-end financial processes. Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting and planning activities. About You Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant. Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to influence and challenge constructively. Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Experience working within a multi-site or operational environment would be advantageous. What's on Offer?
