Planning Officer role in Rugby with hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days in office). You will determine planning permissions, provide pre-application guidance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliant development under local and national policy.
The post holder will manage and support development proposals from pre-application to discharge of conditions, including S106 and CIL negotiations, site visits, and committee reporting.
