Monday Thursday, 8.30am 5.30pm. Fridays, 8.30am 3pm. Job type:
Full-time, permanent Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit an experienced Presales Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. Responsibilities of the Presales Engineer:
Act as the technical presales reference for our clients cooling solutions. Support regional sales teams and Global Key Account Managers on opportunities. Engage directly with end customers, consultants, and partners. Deliver customer-facing technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations. Translate customer requirements into compliant, optimized, and competitive cooling solutions. Qualify opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and influence solution positioning. Provide technical input for RFQs, tenders, proposals, and framework agreements.

Provide structured feedback to product management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights. Requirements of the Presales Engineer:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field. Proven experience in data center cooling (presales, engineering, or technical sales). Strong understanding of data center cooling principles (airflow management, heat rejection, redundancy, energy efficiency). Experience delivering customer-facing technical presentations and demonstrations. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and credibly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English (written and spoken), additional European languages are a plus.
