• Lead the IT service support function, ensuring high service availability and an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage IT infrastructure, user administration, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and security processes.
• Oversee incident, change, and asset management while maintaining service documentation and reporting.
• Drive continual service improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with security standards and governance.
• Support stakeholders with technical guidance, service reporting, and the successful delivery of IT projects.

• Previous experience managing an IT service or technical support function with strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra , Intune, Microsoft Defender, Azure, AWS, and ITIL principles.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 compliance, information security, and modern endpoint management.
