Subject Matter Expert

Subject Matter Expert needed in Exeter Paying £19.78 per hr  Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for business systems, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving faults, and responding to user queries. Act as the subject matter expert for Niche, Pronto, and related operational systems. Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for system enhancements and improvements. Design, develop, configure, and implement system solutions in collaboration with ICT teams and third-party suppliers. Lead and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, upgrade testing, and functionality testing.

Facilitate user groups and stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and prioritise future developments. Provide specialist guidance and advice to operational and senior stakeholders. Produce detailed reports, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making. Support wider business change and transformation projects across the organisation.
