We're now looking for a Customs Team Leader/First Line Manager to lead our operations and drive success.

WHAT YOU'LL DOEnsure all export and import documentation is prepared in accordance with EU and UK customs requirements

Maintain up to date knowledge of UK customs processes and EU export regulations

Collaborate with internal teams eg Planning, NDNS, EU control towers, Brokers and Freight forwarders to ensure accuracy and SLAs are met Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work instructions.

Managing a small team of customs administrators
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?

Have experience managing a small team of people in an office based environment

Have excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Computer literacy, including Excel Knowledge of Customs and Brokers is an advantage

Have previous Transport Planning Experience Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
