Join Sodexo as a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby. You’ll be part of a friendly team helping to keep the college clean,safe, welcoming and running smoothly for staff, learners and visitors.

Thisis a fantastic Monday to Friday opportunity, giving you a consistent working pattern while still offering plenty of variety throughout your day.

You’lltake pride in maintaining a range of areas, including communal spaces, offices,kitchens and facilities, while supporting the wider onsite team.

What you'll do:

  • Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across a variety of locations, taking pride in keeping each area clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Enjoy the variety of travelling between locations with a company-provided vehicle and fuel card.
  • Manage your own schedule, organise your workload and take ownership of getting tasks completed to a high standard.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and other teams — great communication and a friendly approach are key.
  • Keep offices, kitchens, toilets and communal areas looking their best, while ensuring essential supplies are always topped up.
  • Help maintain a safe environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any issues or hazards.
  • Bring a can-do attitude and be someone the team can rely on to get the job done.

What you bring:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of cleaning products and their correct use would be an advantage.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be travelling between locations as part of the role.
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Someone organised and reliable who can manage their time, work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A positive team player who is happy to take direction, support colleagues and take pride in delivering a great service.
