Are you an experienced programme delivery professional looking to lead complex, high-value projects spanning more than 20 years? Our client is a specialist high-value, low-volume manufacturer delivering technically complex products and long-term customer programmes. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee a key strategic programme, ensuring delivery safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Job Description- Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex, long-term customer programme, ensuring key milestones, KPIs and contractual commitments are achieved.
- Act as the primary customer contact, managing expectations, leading progress reviews and building strong, professional relationships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial functions to maintain programme delivery.
- Monitor budgets, costs and forecasts, supporting commercial decision-making and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Manage programme, supplier and delivery risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans where required.
- Maintain high standards of quality, documentation and reporting, while driving continuous improvement across programme management processes.
- Proven experience leading complex programmes or major customer contracts within a demanding environment.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control and financial reporting.
- Demonstrable experience managing senior customer relationships, expectations and contractual requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation abilities in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience maintaining programme plans and documentation, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project or equivalent planning tools.
