This full-time First Line Manager position in Rugby offers a salary of £34,500 per annum.

Based at CV23, the successful candidate will oversee the UK inbound team, comprising four planners, two operations support staff and five administrators. Working alongside another manager, duties include leading the planning function and contributing to staff development.

Hours follow a weekly rotation across three shifts: 07:00-15:00, 10:00-18:00 and 13:00-21:00, Monday to Friday, totalling 37.5 hours each week.

Applicants should possess proven supervisory experience, strong organisational abilities and the resilience to perform effectively under pressure within an inbound office setting.

As a First line Manger, you will be working alongside another FLM, You will lead and manage the UK inbound team. This is a fast-paced role which would suit someone who works well under pressure.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO AS AN INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER:

Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas.

Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!

Streamline Processes:
Lead and support the Vendor Communication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day.

Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.

Monitor Performance:
Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

To ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and account team.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:
  • Experience with Transport and route planning.
  • Have previous team supervisor/management experience.
  • Experience using the Paragon Planning tool is desirable.
  • Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
  • You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
