Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 (some flexibility available)

We are working with a local electronics manufacturer based near Rugby who are looking for an experienced SMT Operator to join their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain Yamaha pick and place machinery
• Set up and adjust SMT production lines for various product runs
• Perform quality checks and ensure consistent throughput
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimise downtime
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience operating SMT pick and place machinery (Yamaha experience preferred)
• Good understanding of electronic assembly processes
• A high level of attention to detail and quality focus
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Must drive due to location and shift start time
• Based locally to Rugby or within a commutable distance
