Our client is a leading global manufacturer, supplying into the building products and construction industries. They are now looking for a Mechanical Fitter, who wants to progress into a reliability maintenance position.

Role & Responsibilities:

Planned and Reactive maintenance of heavy plant equipment
Maintaining hydraulics and pneumatics
Following Health & Safety regulations and processes
Identifying areas for continuous improvement

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
Experience as a mechanical maintenance technician or in a similar positions
NVQ Level 3 Engineering or higher relevant qualification
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability and willingness to work in a heavy manufacturing environment
