CNC / CAD Programmer – Permanent Role

• Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models.
• Working primarily on 3‑axis and 4‑axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells).
• Using Siemens controls (essential).
• Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks.
• Supporting breakdown work and quick‑turnaround jobs.
• Producing high‑precision components for the food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors.
• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency.

• Experience with Siemens CNC controls.
• Ability to program CNC machines with or without CAD models.
• Knowledge of 3‑axis and 4‑axis machining (XY2 & Leadwells).
• Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential.

• Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE).
• 38‑hour straight day shifts per week.
• Plenty of overtime available, including weekends if desired.
• 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years.
• Early finish Fridays.
