Overview
Electrical Assembly Operative required for a busy electro‑mechanical engineering company in Rugby (near Central Park).
Role and responsibilities- Working from a bench on the shop floor
- Assembling power and cooling systems
- Soldering and crimping, including small gauge wires
- Building mechanical frames from technical drawings
- At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing shop floor environment
- Strong electro‑mechanical assembly, wiring and soldering skills
- Based locally to Rugby
- Salary: £28K‑£32K (DOE) or £14.35‑£16.41 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week
- Excellent facilities
