CNC / CAD Programmer – Permanent Role

Day shifts only, straight 38 hours per week (early Friday finish)

• Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
• Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines (XY2 & Leadwells)
• Using Siemens controls (essential)
• Fusion 360 experience desirable but not essential
• Taking jobs from programming through to completion, including quality checks
• Supporting breakdown work and quick-turnaround jobs
• Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
• Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process efficiency

• Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
• Straight day shifts – 38 hours per week
• Plenty of overtime available, including weekends if desired
• 33 days flexible holiday, increasing every 5 years
