Smart Solutions is recruiting Mobile Plant Operatives for a busy recycling facility in Rugby. This role offers long-term work with a well-established site and involves more than just operating plant, including general duties to keep the site clean and safe.
You will start by operating the plant you are licensed for, with development opportunities to learn additional equipment and roles as part of your progression within the site.
