People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Farm and Poultry Production Operative to join our well-established client based in North Kilworth, near Lutterworth.

You will be working in North Kilworth (LE17 6JD
) and must have your own reliable transport due to the location of the site and start times.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist farming operation producing high-quality free-range poultry on a full-time, ongoing basis.

No previous farming or food production experience is required as full training will be provided. This role would particularly suit applicants with previous experience in production, food production, warehousing, agriculture, farming, manufacturing, general operative work, or other practical hands-on roles.

There may also be an opportunity to secure a permanent full-time position after successfully completing the initial 12 weeks, subject to performance, attendance, and business requirements.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.21 per hour
