Production Operatives Competitive pay: £12.71 - £13.68 per hour (Depending on opt-in holiday pay) Monday-Thursday: 7:45am - 4:15pm | Friday: 7:45am - 3:15pm (early finish!) Full-time hours with optional overtime Temporary / Temp to Perm Join Our Growing Team in Uckfield - Production Operatives Wanted! What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same! You'll be part of a dynamic production team, helping to create high-quality products with care and precision.
Your main duties will include:
Assembling components at your workstation with accuracy and attention to detail Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure top quality Maintaining a safe, tidy workspace and following health & safety procedures What We're Looking For We're after people who bring energy, positivity, and pride to what they do. Previous factory, assembly, warehouse experience is preferred.
