Manufacturing Technicians

We are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Technicians to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity , with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate. Shift pattern:
Rotating 3-shift system: 7am–3pm 3pm–11pm 11pm–7am Fixed shifts may also be available. Once permanent, there are excellent benefits available . The role You’ll be working in a busy factory/manufacturing environment where chemicals are used as part of a number of processes. The role involves working with a variety of machinery and equipment, so a strong focus on safety, accuracy and following processes is essential.

Your duties will include:
Operating and overseeing a variety of machinery Weighing and mixing chemicals Welding and using saws Following detailed instructions and set processes Reading and interpreting information from control panels Handling products safely using the correct tools and PPE Using a range of measuring equipment Working in line with strict health and safety procedures About you Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a manufacturing or similar environment, although full training will be provided .
