Are you a CNC Miller with experience programming using Heidenhain controls, looking for a stable, days-based role with overtime available and an early finish on a Friday?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business with a close-knit team of 18 employees, offering long-term security and a workshop-based position.
The company is continuing to grow and, due to sustained demand, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to support production. You'll be working in a modern workshop environment, producing high-quality components and taking ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
This role would suit a motivated CNC Miller who enjoys hands-on machining work and wants consistent hours, a strong work-life balance, and optional overtime.
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Heidenhain controls (programming experience required)
- Workshop based in Rugby
- Dayshift:
Mon-Thurs 7:30-16:45
, Fri 7:30-12:30 (40 hours/week) - Overtime available at 1.3x
- Experienced CNC Miller (minimum 5 years' milling experience essential)
- Confident programming using Heidenhain controls
- Skilled in milling processes and producing components to tight tolerances
- Motivated, reliable and enjoys CNC milling
- Comfortable working in a workshop-based role
