Are you a Digital Marketing Executive, Paid Social Executive or Content Marketing Executive with experience running Meta campaigns and creating engaging social content, looking for greater brand ownership and genuine progression into Marketing Management?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing ecommerce business that develops, launches and manages its own consumer brands. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, take ownership of digital campaigns and join at a stage where you can help shape the company’s marketing strategy as it continues to expand.

In this role, you’ll build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, with an initial focus on Meta, while creating engaging organic content across the company’s brands. You’ll test audiences, creatives and advertising copy, monitor performance through ROAS, CPA and conversion data, and gradually develop your experience across email marketing, Tik Tok, You Tube and Linked In.

This role would suit an ambitious digital marketer with practical Meta Ads experience and strong creative instincts. You do not need to be an expert across every marketing channel, but you should be commercially minded, comfortable using campaign data and keen to take on increasing responsibility with a clear route into a Marketing Manager position.

• Build, manage and optimise paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta.
• Manage advertising spend, ROAS, CPA and conversion performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and advertising copy to improve results.
• Create engaging organic social and short-form video content.
• Support campaigns across Tik Tok, You Tube and Linked In.
• Assist with email campaigns, automated flows and customer segmentation.
• Work directly with senior leadership on brand development and digital growth.

• Digital marketing, paid social, performance marketing or content experience.
• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Able to create engaging social content and contribute creative campaign ideas.
• Commercial understanding of ROAS, CPA and conversion performance.
• Exposure to Klaviyo, Mailchimp or a similar email platform would be advantageous.
• Tik Tok, You Tube or Linked In advertising experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Comfortable contributing to video content with support where required.
• Ambitious and interested in progressing into marketing management.
