Howkins & Harrison LLP has been supporting homeowners, landowners and landlords since 1888.

We are a highly regarded property and lettings agent, as well as a firm of chartered surveyors, land agents, auctioneers and valuers. With seven regional offices across the Midlands and a presence in London, we work closely with clients throughout the region and beyond.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the delivery of digital and traditional marketing activity across the business.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help manage our website, social media platforms and email campaigns, alongside supporting property promotion, events and wider business development.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting marketing activity across our residential, rural, commercial and professional services
  • Planning campaigns across digital, email, print and events
  • Managing social media, website content, email marketing, SEO and paid advertising
  • Creating content for brochures, property listings, blogs, emails and social media
  • Updating the company website, including property listings and team information
  • Proofreading materials and maintaining brand consistency
  • Coordinating design work and liaising with external suppliers
  • Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements
  • Responding to online reviews
  • Supporting client events, shows, seminars and networking opportunities
  • Assisting with sponsor ships, partnerships and internal communications
  • Using CRM systems to support targeted campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity and industry trends

Your

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO and Google Analytics
  • Experience using email marketing platforms and CRM systems
  • Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
  • Confident working with teams across different locations
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to use your initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

A marketing or communications degree, property-sector experience, basic photography skills and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be advantageous.
