Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer
Location: Rugby
Salary: Circa 40 - 45k + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Bennett & Game Recruitment are partnering with a well-established engineering and technical services organisation seeking to appoint a Quality Engineer to join their expanding quality team.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a business that has recently invested significantly in strengthening its quality function in response to sustained growth and increasing customer quality expectations.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
• Conduct quality investigations and root cause analysis activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Review and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
• Work closely with operational and engineering teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with customer quality requirements, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Support the reduction of non-conformance and the overall cost of poor quality across the business.

• Previous experience within a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems role.
• Background within engineering, manufacturing, industrial services, or a related technical environment.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Relevant quality qualifications would be advantageous.

• Salary circa 40,000 DOE
