08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

We're recruiting a Quality Assurance Inspector for a well-established manufacturing client in the Rugby area.

This is a newly created, shop floor-based role and a genuine opportunity to shape QA processes from the ground up.

You'll work closely with the production team to make sure products meet customer requirements, regulatory standards are met, and internal audits are carried out properly.

What we're looking for

A strong QA background with a proven track record in an engineering or manufacturing environment
ISO 9001 experience (advantageous, not essential)
Someone who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one
This isn't an automotive or aerospace role and it isn't suited to a pure graduate.
