Asda is seeking an Express Store Manager to lead a small team in one of our Express stores. You will drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs, while motivating staff and ensuring a customer-focused operation. You will support pricing strategy and manage costs as part of a fast-paced retail environment.
The role requires responsibility for a rolling rota including weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights, with a 45-hour week and a permanent, full-time contract.
