Iron Mountain in Rugby is seeking an experienced Stock & Inventory First Line Manager to lead stock control and ensure system integrity within our retail distribution centre. This night shift role runs 4 on/4 off, 6pm–6am, and focuses on accurate inventory and timely issue resolution.
You will manage cycle counts, investigations, and data integrity in WMS/ERP, develop teams, and work with cross-functional colleagues to minimise losses and optimise stock flow.
