Location:
Choice of working from Newcastle/Leeds office (2/3 days per week) 2 days from home, Mon Fri, occasional Saturday swapped for a weekday). Travel to sites in Skipton, Morpeth, Sunderland, Newcastle & Whitby as required. Salary: £34,000 Bonus:
Up to 10% annual performance bonus Benefits: 23 days holiday bank holidays, pension & healthcare, share save scheme, mileage allowance (£0.51 per mile), car salary sacrifice scheme (after 6 months). About the Opportunity On behalf of our client, were seeking an ambitious Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping customer experience, driving marketing campaigns, and supporting the successful launch of new developments across the North East and Yorkshire.
The Role Youll coordinate projects that bring developments to life and provide sales teams with the tools, training and processes they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and manage marketing activity for sales sites, including Rightmove listings, email campaigns, signage & advertising. Oversee the design and launch of sales areas and show homes from planning through to delivery. Drive improvements in sales processes, documentation, and systems to ensure best-in-class efficiency. Provide training and support to Sales Advisors on new processes, manuals, and system updates. Lead on projects to improve customer experience, including specification upgrades and choices.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, ensuring our client remains ahead of the curve. Produce and review land reports with accurate, timely market insight.
The Ideal Candidate Experience in sales, customer service or marketing (property experience desirable but not essential). Strong project management and organisational skills. Excellent communication & relationship building abilities. A keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Confident in influencing, negotiating and supporting process improvements. Video/marketing suite skills are a bonus.
