Class 1 Driver

Overview

Class 1 Driver – £17.93 per hour inclusive of holiday pay.

• Monday to Friday only (weekends not required)
• Start Time: 06:00 am
• 8 hours guaranteed per shift

Leamington Spa – commutable from Coventry, Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Banbury, Kenilworth, Wellesbourne, Stratford‑upon‑Avon, Southam and surrounding areas.

Multi‑drop delivery work consisting of palletised packaging across England. Normally two runs with an average of 4‑6 drops per shift. The driver is responsible for safe loading, vehicle checks to prevent breakdowns and compliance with driving regulations. All deliveries will be unloaded by an FLT at the delivery point. Training will be provided on the job.

• Transport palletised packaging across England
• Ensure safe loading and vehicle operation
• Undertake vehicle checks, completing any required defects paperwork
• Comply with driving regulations

• Valid Class 1 / LGV C+E licence entitlement
• Valid CPC and tachograph
• Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience
• Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
• Flexible, calm under pressure, excellent customer service and communication skills
