Forklift Driver

Forklift Driver – Order Picker at Heights / HLOP Driver – Rugby – Permanent position – Salary: £13.60–£14.60 per hour (AM: 06:00‑14:00; PM: 14:00‑22:00). Shift pattern: 5 days out of 6 (Sunday off).

• Pick orders accurately while operating at heights of up to 14 meters.
• Work from a standing position in very narrow aisles (VNA environment).
• Perform general manual handling and warehouse duties.
• Follow all site safety procedures including rope escape awareness (covered at induction).
• Support team operations and maintain a clean and organised work area.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable working at height and using rope escape equipment in emergencies.
• HLOP experience highly desirable (VNA experience also considered).
• Physically fit and able to work in a standing, manual role.
• Flexible to work a 5‑out‑of‑6 shift pattern (Sunday always off, all other Saturdays required).
• Own transport essential due to limited public transport options.
• No licence required – full training provided.
• Warehouse and FLT (forklift) experience required.
• Must complete DBS check and Drug & Alcohol test.
