HGV Shunter Driver

HGV Shunter Driver (Days or Nights) | Rugby | £32,376 – £35,157 per annum | 4 on / 4 off | 12‑hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) | Permanent Opportunity

• Safely move and position trailers across the yard
• Carry out pre-use safety and compliance checks
• Report any defects, damage, or incidents promptly
• Maintain a clean, organised yard environment
• Support site safety by monitoring driving standards and speed compliance
• Undertake general warehouse duties including picking and loading/unloading containers

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Shunter licence
• Previous yard or shunting experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check
